During sensei Paul Godshaw's 30 years of karate
training, he has been a sparring and kata competitor; and he has earned a yondan
in shito ryu karate, a rokudan in shotokan, and a kyoshi in karate. Paul is also
a regional director for the International Martial Arts Federation, Hq. Tokyo,
and is regional director of the USA AAU.
